Crustless Quiche Base
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar, swiss, mozzarella or mixture!)
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 to 1/2 cups optional ingredients
Optional ingredients: use whatever you want for a total of 1 to 1 1/2 cups
- Cubed ham or crumbled cooked bacon
- Chopped broccoli
- Chopped tomatoes
- Sliced onions or green onions
- Chopped or leaf spinach
- Chopped asparagus
- Cooked cubed potato
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Lightly spray Deep Dish Pie Pan with non-stick cooking spray
- Whisk together the eggs, mile, cheese, salt and pepper
- Stir in additional ingredients
- Pour into a deep pie dish and bake uncovered for about 45 minutes, or until the center is set and not jiggly.
(The quiche pictured included a mixture of shredded cheeses, crumbled cooked bacon and spinach. It was delicious!)
