Honey Dijon Brussels Sprouts

Oh my goodness, these are good y'all.  You've gotta try these Brussels Sprouts!  -Claire


Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, cut in half
  • 1 T butter
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 T Dijon mustard
  • 1 T honey
  • Kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper
Instructions:
  1. Over medium high heat, melt butter and olive oil in large non-stick pan.
  2. Add brussels sprouts, toss to mix and add a sprinkle of kosher salt.  Cook and stir occasionally until brown and crisp-tender.
  3. Stir in mustard and honey until well combined and carmalelized, a minute or two.  Season with salt and pepper.  

Delicious and nutritious!

  1. Hi, Claire (and sisters)I have roasted Brussel sprouts with Balsamic before but these sound even better.... YUM .. may try it this weekend. You ladies rock!
