Greek Salad with Lemon Pepper Chicken

This is an easy, light meal and it's quite delicious! This is what food nerds like me create during their lunch break on a work from home day!   -Claire



Organic Romaine lettuce, about 2 cups
approximately 2 tablespoons crumbled Feta cheese
Roma tomato, diced
2 tablespoons Fresh Gourmet Garlic Pepper Crispy Onions
A few Kalamata olives, sliced in half
Grilled Chicken breast, cut up (I used a Bell & Evans frozen, pre-grilled chicken breast from Whole Foods that I thawed out, sprinkled with Lemon Pepper and heated up in the microwave)
Sprinkle lightly with Greek Salad Dressing (I used Zoe's Kitchen)

Approximately 450 calories according to My Fitness Pal app.
