Chickpea Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Eat as much of this alternative style cookie dough as you want. You can eat it raw and it’s full of protein and clean ingredients.

Ingredients;

1 can chick peas (rinsed very thoroughly)
1/4 cup nut butter of choice (I use homemade almond / peanut butter)
1 tsp vanilla extract 
3 T oats
Splash of milk of choice (I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
2 T sweetener (I use agave, you can use maple syrup)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 dark chocolate chips 

Instructions:

1. Combine everything except for chocolate chips in a blender / food processor 
2. Add more milk/oats for desired thickness 
3. Add more sweetener for desired sweetness
4. Fold in chocolate chips to keep them chunky, or blend them to combine into a smooth mixture 

Enjoy with a glass of milk. 

Bake at 350 until done if you wish. They will not flatten so make sure to press them down yourself before baking. I like it “raw” as well as baked.
