Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes

6-8 red potatoes, washed and cubed (do not peel)
1/2-1 cup butter
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk, or more if needed
3 cloves garlic, peeled
salt
pepper
paprika
parsley

Boil potatoes and garlic cloves together. When tender but not mushy, drain well, whisk with butter, sour cream and enough milk to desired consistency. Season with salt pepper. Top with a sprinkling of paprika and parsley.
