4 cups chicken broth
14 oz. package Farro
4 teaspoons Pampered Chef Asian Seasoning Mix*
1 cup green onions
Rinse the Farro under cold water before cooking. Add chicken broth and Asian Seasonings to a saucepan and bring to a vigorous boil. Add Farro. Cover with a lid, and let simmer on low-medium heat for 20-25 minutes or until all of the broth is absorbed. Stir in green onions. or sprinkle on top of individual servings.
*if desired, 2 tsp grated fresh gingeroot, 3/4 tsp salt, 1 pressed garlic clove and 1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper can be substituted for the Asian Seasoning mix.
