Ingredients:
- 12 oz. cream cheese
- 2/3 cup grated carrots
- 1/3 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/4 cup chopped water chestnuts
- 1/4 cup green onion
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 8 oz. bottle sweet and sour sauce
Instructions:
- Spread cream cheese on plate
- Pour and spread sweet and sour sauce over cream cheese
- In a small bowl combine carrots, water chestnuts green onions, soy sauce, cilantro and garlic and spread over the sweet and sour sauce.
- Sprinkle the peanuts over the top just before serving.
- Serve with wontons or crackers. (Rice crackers go nicely with this)
