2 cans yellow corn
1 can white corn
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, chopped
1 large jar pimento
1 can water chestnuts.drained & diced
Mix together.
In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine:
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. lime juice
2 T. vinegar
1 1/2 t. salt
1 t. black pepper
1/2 t. garlic salt.
Shake well. Pour over salad and stir gently. Chill several hours.
